The Queen's Veterinary School Hospital

At The Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital (QVSH), part of the University of Cambridge’s Vet School, our commitment goes beyond in-house teaching - we are dedicated to supporting veterinary professionals throughout their careers. As part of this mission, we’re excited to introduce three new initiatives designed to strengthen relationships, provide expert advice, and offer practical learning opportunities to our referring vets.

Offering a fresh alternative to traditional CPD and training, the first of these new initiatives is Cambridge Lunchtime Learning, where our specialist vets bring their expertise directly to your practice, offering a convenient way to learn from the comfort of your own clinic. We’re also launching a Surgery Refresher Webinar Series, a flexible online program designed to enhance your surgical skills. Finally, why not join our new Cardio Club - a vibrant community for veterinary professionals passionate about discussing cases and learning from experts in small animal cardiology?

Continuing our successful CPD initiative into 2026: Cambridge Lunchtime Learning

Through Cambridge Lunchtime Learning, we make learning more convenient by bringing it directly to your practice or clinic. This service is designed to support your team by providing access to specialist knowledge and the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, helping you deliver the best care to your clients. Our experts from Cambridge University's Queen's Veterinary School Hospital will share their insights through a short presentation, followed by ample time for questions, ensuring an interactive and valuable learning experience. All you need to do is express your interest by emailing our dedicated team on CambridgeLunchtimeLearning@vet.cam.ac.uk, and we’ll take care of the rest - arranging a convenient time for our team of clinicians to visit your practice.  If your practice would like to receive more information about our Lunchtime Learning sessions contact us now!
