Who Can Register?

Our practice is open to University of Cambridge staff and students.

Registration is required before your first appointment - available here - a university email address will be required to confirm affiliation.
Fees & Payments

Payment is required at the time of consultation or treatment.

We accept card and contactless payments.

Estimates for procedures and treatments will be provided to you during consultation.
Insurance & Direct Claims

We recommend pet insurance to help cover unexpected medical costs.

If applicable, we may be able to process direct claims with certain insurance providers - please check our terms and conditions (available here) for full details or ask our team in advance.
Prescriptions & Medications

We can dispense medications during your consultation or provide written prescriptions if needed.

Repeat prescriptions (available here) require 2 working days' notice for processing.
Referrals & Specialist Care

If your pet requires advanced treatment, you have the option of seamlessly referral to our on-site specialist team to ensure timely and expert care.
Emergency Care

For any urgent concerns about your pet during opening hours, please call ahead so we can prepare for your arrival.
