The Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital are looking to boost their blood donor bank. By registering your dog or cat, it could save another animal's life.
Dogs need to be:
- Fit and healthy
- Aged 1 - 8 years old
- At least 25kg in weight
- Regularly treated for fleas and worms
- Have never travelled outside of the UK
- Of a good temperament
- Free of any medication
- Have never received a blood transfusion
In return your dog will get free blood testing and a health check.
Cats need to be:
- Fit and healthy
- Aged 1 - 8 years old
- At least 4kg in weight
- Regularly treated for fleas and worms
- Of a good temperament
- Free of any medication
- Have never received a blood transfusion
In return your cat will get free blood testing, a health check and heart scan.
