Last week, The Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital (QVSH) proudly partnered with Veterinary Instrumentation and Surg’X to host an interactive course on the Surg’X interlocking nail system, welcoming 14 veterinary delegates for a comprehensive learning experience.
This cutting-edge fracture repair system represents the “gold standard” of human trauma management, now adapted for veterinary use. Practical sessions, including saw bone and wet lab components, provided attendees with hands-on training, enabling them to master this versatile technique.
What makes the Surg’X interlocking nail so special?
- Strength & Biocompatibility: Designed for durability and harmony with the body.
- Early Recovery: Promotes weight-bearing shortly after surgery.
- Minimized Disruption: Protects soft tissues during procedures.
- Versatility: Adapts to a wide range of fracture types.
At The QVSH, we’re proud to offer fracture repair using the Surg’X interlocking nail as part of our competitive fixed-price packages. This ensures our patients benefit from cutting-edge technology while maintaining affordability.
We thank our collaborators and delegates for making this event a success and look forward to welcoming them back for similar events in the future.
