Designed for all veterinary professionals - whether you’re a new graduate, returning to work, or an experienced clinician - this course ensures you stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and information.

Veterinary Surgical Refresher Course Sessions:

Soft tissue surgery sessions (weeks 1 and 4) will include:  
17 October - Getting the most out of an exploratory laparotomy and an overview of gastrointestinal surgery. 
7 November - A case-based, interactive session on gastro-intestinal surgery - featuring one of our anaesthetists to answer any anaesthesia or analgesia questions.  

Orthopaedic surgery sessions (week 2 and 3) will include: 
24 October - Tips and Tricks on the approach to a lame patient. 
31 October - A case-based, interactive session on lameness investigations - featuring one of our radiologists to answer any imaging related questions. 

Attendance certificate for up to 4 hours of CPD. 
The sessions will also include an introduction to the surgery teams at The QVSH.
