At The Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital, we value the feedback from our referring vets and are committed to continuously improving our services. In response to your suggestions, The QVSH has updated the message given to referring vets by our telephone answering team during out-of-hours (OOH) calls.

When making a referral, referring vets will now be informed that it is very likely the referral request will be accepted, and a member of the clinical team will call back within 30 minutes. Owners are advised not to start traveling to The QVSH until they receive this call back.
