Akash graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2016. After a two-year period in first opinion practice, he completed a rotating internship at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service, Solihull, followed by surgical internship at Highcroft Veterinary Referrals, Bristol. Akash then moved to Cambridge to undertake a surgical residency in 2020 and obtained his ECVS Diploma in Small Animal Surgery in 2024. Akash enjoys all aspects of surgery seeing both soft tissue and orthopaedic cases.
